Order Processing

After payment is confirmed, Vevtaro™ generally processes and prepares orders for dispatch within 7 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Processing may take longer during holidays, promotional periods, unusually high volume, inventory transitions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Standard U.S. Shipping

Standard U.S. shipping is typically 10–15 business days after dispatch. This is an estimated delivery window, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Transit may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, regional disruptions, customs or border procedures where applicable, and other events outside our reasonable control.

Tracking & Delivery

When available, tracking information may be provided through an order or shipping notification. Initial tracking scans may take time to appear after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and contact information. Delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be outside Vevtaro™’s control.

Delivery Issues

If a package appears delayed, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact service@vevtaro.com with the order number and tracking information so we can review the issue.

International Orders

This policy describes our standard U.S. shipping expectation. If international shipping is offered for a specific order, transit times, duties, taxes, customs procedures, and carrier requirements may differ.
